Turkish Draughts, also known as Dama or Damasi, is a popular variant of checkers played in Turkey. Unlike other board games such as backgammon, chess, or cards, Turkish Draughts does not require any specialized board or equipment. The game follows these rules:

• On an 8x8 board, each player starts with 16 men placed in two rows, excluding the back row.
• Men can move forward or sideways one square and capture opponents' men by jumping over them. Men cannot move backward. When a man reaches the back row, it becomes a king and can move any number of squares in any direction.
• Pieces are immediately removed from the board upon capture. If a player has multiple ways to capture pieces, they must choose the option that captures the most pieces. There is no distinction between kings and men in capturing; both count as one piece.
• The game ends when a player has no legal moves left, either due to all their pieces being captured or being completely blocked. In such cases, the opponent wins.
• In Turkish Draughts, it is possible to cross the same square multiple times within one capturing sequence, thanks to the immediate removal of captured pieces.
• During a multi-capture sequence, a 180-degree turn between two captures is not allowed.
